My dashboard · 3 active RID registrations · sample name, real product
Built for interior designers who hold registrations in more than one state, and the firms that employ them.
Every regulating state's interior design CE requirement is pre-loaded, including the Health, Safety, and Welfare subset and quirks like Texas's barrier-free hour or Florida's Building Code course. See exactly how many hours you have and how many you still need.
Thirty states plus DC and Puerto Rico register interior designers, each with its own board, cycle, and CE rule. We keep the full map current, including new laws as states add them, so you never have to reverse-engineer a board website again.
Automated email reminders at 90, 60, and 30 days, then daily the final week. Renew on time in every state you hold, with a one-click link to each board's portal.
A&D firms hold PE, RA, PLA, and RID credentials side by side. The firm plan puts every designer's registrations and CE in one admin dashboard, next to the architects and engineers you already track.
Per-seat for firms, flat plans for individuals. Your first license is free.
Per-seat tracking for design and engineering firms, with everything the person who manages compliance needs in one place.
Just tracking your own registrations? Individual plans:
No migration project, no onboarding call. Add a registration and start tracking the same day.
Add each state registration in under a minute: state, number, expiration. Every state you hold, in one place.
Each regulating state's CE requirement, HSW subset, renewal cycle, and fee is loaded and applied to your record automatically. No guessing what counts.
Log CE as you earn it, watch your HSW progress fill in, and get reminded long before anything expires. Scan a certificate and we fill in the course, date, and hours.
Look up the CE hours, HSW requirement, renewal cycle, and fee for any regulating state, with a direct link to the board portal.

Yes. We apply each state's interior design CE rule, including the Health, Safety, and Welfare subset, and show how many hours you have and how many you still need before you renew.
All of them. Every jurisdiction that registers or certifies interior designers has its CE hours, HSW subset, renewal cycle, and fee pre-loaded. For states that don't regulate interior design, we say so plainly instead of showing empty requirements, and for the newest laws whose programs haven't opened yet (Pennsylvania, Idaho) we track the status.
Not yet. Today you log CE by scanning a certificate (we auto-fill the course, date, and hours) or entering it manually, and you can export an audit-ready CSV anytime. IDCEC import is on the roadmap.
State registrations are the core today. Most regulating states require an active NCIDQ certificate, and CIDQ's own annual renewal is a fixed date you can add as its own entry. Dedicated CIDQ certificate tracking is on the roadmap.
No. Pricing is by number of licenses and plan, not by state. Your first license is free, forever, no matter how many states it covers in our records.
Yes, separately, with each state's architecture CE rules applied on their own. See the architect page.
