Auto-import CE

Scan any certificate to auto-fill the course, date, and hours, or connect NCEES for your full engineering CPC record. Audit-ready CSV export.

Frequently asked questions

The things engineers ask before signing up.

What's the best way to track licenses across an AE firm?+

One dashboard for every license your firm holds, across every discipline and state, with each state's renewal rule applied for you, reminders before every deadline, and your firm's Certificates of Authorization tracked alongside individual licenses. That is exactly what PE License Pro does, and it is free for your first license.

How is this different from a spreadsheet?+

A spreadsheet never applies each state's rules, never reminds you, and never imports anything. We pre-load all 50 states' renewal cycles and CE requirements, send reminders before every deadline, import license and CE data instead of making you retype it, and track firm Certificates of Authorization alongside individual licenses. Engineers can also import an NCEES CPC record in one click.

Which states do you support?+

CE/PDH requirements are pre-loaded for all 50 states, including ethics hours, special topics, carryover rules, and renewal cycles. Auto-import of license information directly from state boards is live for a growing list of states, with coverage targeting all 50. Every state already has a one-click link to its renewal portal.

Will this hold up in an audit?+

Yes. Every CE entry stores the course title, provider, hours, completion date, and an attached certificate. Export a state-specific CSV in one click and hand it straight to the board.

Do I have to re-enter every CE course I've already logged?+

No. NCEES CPC import is a Pro plan feature ($10/mo). Upgrade, connect your NCEES account once, and we import every entry on file and auto-link each one to the right license. Non-NCEES CE hours can also be added manually or by uploading a spreadsheet on any plan, including Free.

Can I track my firm's Certificates of Authorization too?+

Yes, on the Power and Business plans. Track CoA expirations alongside your individual PE licenses, with the same renewal alerts and one-click portal access.

Do you actually submit my renewal for me?+

Not yet. Today we point you to the right place in seconds with a one-click link to your state board's renewal portal, plus a clear view of where you stand on CE hours. Fully automated submission is on the roadmap.

Is my data secure?+

Your license data lives in an encrypted Supabase Postgres database with row-level security. Only you (and your firm admin, if applicable) can see your records. We never sell or share your data.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel from your account settings in two clicks. No email-the-CEO workflow. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

Stop dreading renewal season.

Add your first license in 60 seconds. Free forever.
